Happy Birthday to the World Peace Flame and Reminder of Picnic For Peace 7th August

Peace is something that resides within each person and must be cultivated and allowed to shine through in our lives.

Every day I try to spread a little peace to those I meet in real life or online. Unconditional love is so much easier than putting any conditions on it!  So I have learned to love everyone with no conditions to that love.  Every day I can, I walk around a small lake in beautiful Roundhay Park in Leeds, England.  The blessing of being in nature feeds my soul.  I sprinkle unconditional love on every person I encounter and the joy of each and every moment brings a little more peace into the world.
